Each business within the City of Scottsville is required to have a business license. The business license is $30.00 and is valid for one year. Businesses located in the City that have employees are required to withhold a 1.5% local occupational tax and submit to the City quarterly along with the withholdings form located below.
Employers are also required to submit an Annual Reconciliation Form for each calendar year.
All businesses within Scottsville are also required to submit and annual Net Profit return, which you can also find below. The Net Profit Form must be completed in full and returned to The City Treasurer's office at 201 W. Main St, Suite 8, Scottsville, KY 42164. Please note there is a minimum Net Profit fee of $30.00, however, if you have a current business license, then you can take credit of $30.00.
