Scottsville Water and Gas Department customers can now pay their utility bills online 24/7 with a credit or debit card.
There is no fee for this service. This service is provided through NexbillPay, a third-party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options.
If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new account prior to making your payment.
You will need your account number (located on your bill) and the last name on the account. If you have more than one utility account with Scottsville Water and Gas Department, you may link multiple utility accounts under the same login.
ONLINE BILL PAY WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE ON CUT OFF DATES.
ALL CUSTOMERS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO BE DISCONNECTED WILL HAVE TO CALL INTO THE OFFICE ON DISCONNECTION DAY TO THEIR PAY BILL.
All online payments made after midnight will not be processed for 24 to 48 hours.
